Local SEO And Web Design Built On One Rule: Prove It First
We’re a marketing partner for local service businesses, and one idea runs through everything we do: results first, revenue after. Working from Red Deer, in Central Alberta, we design websites and build local search visibility for trades, healthcare, professional service and specialty businesses across Canada.
On our performance-based plan, the website carries no fee, and the SEO costs you nothing until real customers start calling. That isn’t a sales line. Every performance contract we write is built around it.

Founder story
Good Work Alone Won’t Make The Phone Ring

Our founder, Carter Maloff, spent years in the electrical trade, working next to plumbers, framers, carpenters, roofers and HVAC techs. He watched crews get sent home early, and it was never because the work was bad.
Nobody had called.
That’s a marketing problem, not a trades problem, and once you spot it on one jobsite, you see it on every one after. Good businesses stay invisible online and lose work to weaker competitors who simply show up first in a search. So the plan was simple: build the visibility, prove it brings in real calls, and bill for that work only once it does.
The model
Our SEO Fee Waits Until You Earn

01
A typical marketing agency collects its fee whether the work brings in one customer or none. Our SEO doesn’t. If fewer than 10 verified leads arrive in your guarantee window (90 days at minimum), you can walk away with no ongoing obligation and keep every asset we built, from the website to your Google Business Profile.

02
We can offer that because everything runs as one system instead of being split across vendors. That system covers the website, the Google presence, the citations and backlinks, the mobile and speed work behind Google’s Core Web Vitals, the optimization that puts a business in AI search answers as well as classic results, and the tracking that shows exactly which calls and texts it all produced. We build and manage every piece in one place, and we verify it against the same call logs and messages you can review yourself.

03
We also turn down businesses we can’t help. Before anything starts, we look at the real numbers behind your market: how crowded it already is and how much search volume exists. If the timing or the market isn’t strong enough yet, we tell you. Taking on work we can’t deliver helps neither of us.
Accountability
One person answers for all of it. No rotating account team, and no re-explaining your business every few months.
Is The Timing Right For Your Market?
Call or text (403) 307-0151. We’ll look at your market and your timing and tell you whether both are ready, before any work begins.
Who we work with
Five Kinds Of Business, Chosen On Purpose
We chose five kinds of local service businesses to work with: trades and construction (electricians, plumbers, HVAC, auto repair and similar trades); office and professional consultation services (lawyers, accountants, tax professionals and other advisory work); logistics and response (tow operators, movers, limo services and other dispatch-driven businesses); healthcare and wellness (dentists, chiropractors, physiotherapists and other private-care practices); and specialized services (martial arts studios, gyms, yoga studios and other one-of-a-kind, lead-dependent businesses).
Staying inside those five means that before we build anything, we know where your customers look, why they call instead of scrolling to the next result, and what your slow season looks like.
Most of the businesses we work with run lean, too: an owner and a small team doing everything at once, with no marketing department behind them. That’s exactly who this is built for.
